A very good underrated Night Ranger Album / 5
Night Ranger was under a lot of pressure from the record label at the time that they were making this album to come out with an album that would be more TOP 40 and this is what they came up with. The album I will say is alittle more radio friendly, however, it contains some really good guitar work as done by Jeff Watson and Brad Gillis. These two guys are wonderful guitar players. I consider these two guys as a great power duo along the lines of Glenn Tipton and K.K. Downing. This cd has it's great power ballads as well as it's rockin' side. This album is one of the greatest Night Ranger cd's ever. It's a shame that they don't bother to play any of it live. The last cd that Alan Fitzgerald to play on until they reunited in 1997 on the "Neverland" release.
Song "Touch Of Madness"
(Jack Blades)
She wakes in the morning
Wit ha smile on her face
She's not sentimental
About the night's embrace
Another lucky day
Lucky night on the town
Man, she got the touch
I say she wears the crown
She say
"I get high when i want to
Don't ya think I need it, too?"
CHORUS
I need a touch
I need a touch of madness
I need a touch
I need a touch of madness
I need a touch
I need a touch of madness
She changes by night
It's a crime in the street
She dazzles the boys
As she moves through the heat
Set out all alone
On a hot summer night
Man, she got the touch
She'll make you sweat all night
She say
"I get wild when I want to
Madness is the thing to do."
CHORUS
I wake in the morning
With a smile on my face
Never sentimental
About my night's embrace
Another lucky day
Lucky night on the town
Now I got the touch
Now I make the rounds
I say
"I get off when I want to
Don't you want to feel it, too?"
CHORUS
